Integrative Trauma Healing & Recovery

Trauma-Informed Coaching, Somatic Energy Healing & Therapeutic Counseling (Coming April 2025)

Healing from trauma isn’t just about what you do—it’s about understanding why healing happens and how to engage with the process in a way that feels safe and effective. I am a blueprint-education-before-application kind of person. If we don’t understand how something works, we often won’t mark it as important in our brain, which lessens our follow-through and creates an uphill battle when embarking on the healing journey.

When working with me, we collaborate on the steps of how to get you from point A to whatever letter in the alphabet you are aiming for. By combining the modalities of trauma education, vibrational energy healing (optional), trauma-informed coaching and mindful living, I walk alongside you through the journey of who you think you are based on past experiences, labels, and stories, toward who you really ARE based on the love of self and some kickass boundaries. A personalized path to recovery.

Why Psychoeducation Matters in Healing:

  • Bridging Understanding & Action – Learning how trauma affects your nervous system, emotions, and behaviors empowers you to make informed choices in your healing.

  • Building Lasting Resilience – When you understand the “why” behind your emotional responses, you can work with your body and mind rather than against them.

  • Creating Safe, Sustainable Healing – Psychoeducation helps demystify trauma recovery, reducing fear and giving you confidence in your ability to heal at your own pace.

Services Offered:

Trauma-Informed Coaching: The Bridge Between Coaching & Therapy
Trauma-informed coaching offers a structured, supportive approach for those seeking more than traditional life coaching but who may not need, be ready for, or trust, the therapeutic process. Unlike standard coaching, this method integrates trauma-sensitive strategies, emotional regulation tools, and nervous system awareness to help you move forward without feeling overwhelmed. It focuses on identifying patterns, building coping skills, and developing self-trust while maintaining a future, solution-focused and practical approach.

Therapeutic Counseling (Coming April 2025): Deep Emotional Processing in a Safe Space
Sometimes, deeper exploration is necessary to process emotions and shift deeply rooted beliefs. Therapeutic counseling provides a trauma-informed, compassionate space to help you work through past experiences, reframe negative thought patterns, and restore a sense of safety within yourself. These sessions will integrate the same psychoeducation and nervous system awareness to ensure effective and empowering healing.

Somatic Energy Healing: Releasing Trauma from the Body
Somatic energy healing is a powerful complement to trauma therapy and coaching because trauma isn’t just stored in the mind—it’s held in the body and nervous system. While talk-based support helps process emotions and reframe experiences, somatic work releases stored tension, calms dysregulation, and fosters a deep sense of safety and connection. By integrating both, healing becomes more embodied, reducing overwhelm, strengthening resilience, and allowing for lasting transformation.

What’s the difference?

Trauma-informed coaching is the bridge between traditional coaching & therapy:

For individuals who want guidance and emotional support without deep trauma processing, trauma-informed coaching provides a future-focused, practical approach that integrates nervous system awareness, emotional resilience, and self-trust building.

✔ Offers tools for emotional regulation, self-awareness, and resilience-building
✔ Focuses on present challenges and practical strategies rather than deep trauma exploration
✔ Helps individuals break free from limiting patterns and develop a sense of empowerment
✔ Provides support and structure without diagnosing or treating clinical mental health conditions

Coaching is ideal for those who:

  • Feel stuck in patterns of stress, self-doubt, or emotional overwhelm

  • Want to improve confidence, emotional regulation, and personal growth

  • Need support with nervous system regulation, boundaries, and self-trust

  • Are looking for guidance in moving forward without extensive trauma processing

Therapeutic counseling is for individuals who need a safe, supportive space to explore emotions, process past experiences, and work through trauma-related challenges.

This approach:

✔ Helps individuals understand and reframe limiting beliefs, emotional wounds, and past experiences
✔ Uses trauma-informed techniques to process emotions without re-traumatization
✔ Supports individuals dealing with anxiety, self-doubt, and emotional dysregulation
✔ Provides a professional, structured approach to healing and self-awareness

I will be offering therapeutic counseling beginning in April 2025 as I complete my professional registration hours. My focus is on providing ethical, client-centered, and trauma-informed care to support those navigating emotional recovery.
